HOW TO BOOK JMCSTUDIOS

Booking & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve any service.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Your card will be charged at the time of booking.
  • We do not accept third-party payment services (e.g., Cash App, Venmo, Zelle).

Payments

  • Remaining balances must be paid in CASH ONLY
  • No digital or third-party payment apps are accepted.

Late Arrivals

We’re located just 25–30 minutes outside downtown Pittsburgh — traffic on the Parkway can cause delays, so please plan ahead.

  • After 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee is added.
  • After 25 minutes, your session will be cancelled.

Guests

One (1) additional guest is allowed to accompany you.


  • Please notify us in advance how many people will be in your session, so we can properly prepare backdrops and space.


Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand things happen — but please respect our time and policies.

  • Cancellations within 36 hours: Call or text us immediately.
  • Same-day cancellations: Subject to a $75 fee, automatically charged to your card.
  • No-shows: Will be charged $75 fee and may result in being blocked from future bookings.


Turnaround Time for Photos

  • Standard turnaround: 7–16 business days
  • Rush editing (1–2 business days): $75
  • Editing does not occur on weekends, as those are dedicated to client sessions
  • Edits are delivered via Google Drive
  • Edits must be downloaded within 90 days – after that, files will be deleted
  • No RAW images are included unless purchased


Editing Policy


  • I will select the best images for editing unless purchasing raw package (you choose your own)
  • RAW images are not provided unless purchased ($30)
  • Extra edits available:
  • 5 edits for $25
  • 10 edits for $50
  • 20 edits for $100

Sickness Policy

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your session for everyone’s safety.

Before Your Session

  • Plan your hair/makeup appointments accordingly
  • Share your creative ideas in the booking notes
  • Look up poses (Pinterest is great!) — I’ll also guide you
  • Make sure your outfits are delivered in time
  • Most importantly: Let’s have fun and bring your vision to life!
